One-Pot Mac & Cheese
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder (optional)

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, combine pasta and milk. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring often.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked and milk is mostly absorbed.

  3. Stir in cheddar, cream cheese, and mustard powder.

  4. Mix until creamy and fully combined. Season with salt.
